5. Vendor Responsibilities

As a vendor (publisher) on the Platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your publication's metrics
• Publish approved content within stated timeframes
• Maintain editorial integrity and quality standards
• Not engage in link schemes or manipulative practices
• Honor refund requests when appropriate

6. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method for the listed price
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
• Prices may change but will not affect confirmed purchases
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are available in the following circumstances:

• Publisher fails to publish content after reasonable revision attempts
• Publisher violates stated publication terms
• Technical issues prevent service delivery

Refunds are not available once content is successfully published. All refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.

8. Content Guidelines

All content submitted through the Platform must:

• Be original and non-plagiarized
• Not violate any intellectual property rights
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations
• Not contain malicious code or links
• Not promote illegal activities or products
• Meet the specific guidelines of each publication

You may not use the Platform to:

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy of third-party metrics
• Permanent availability of published content

12. Limitation of Liability

Linko Marketplace and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Linko Marketplace from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these terms, or infringement of any rights of third parties.

14. Termination
